Overall Satisfaction with LeadSquared

LeadSquared is being used by our Marketing and Business Development teams in order to make the email marketing and outreach process more efficient and move leads through the sales pipeline. We also utilize LeadSquared to send weekly eNewsletter and Job email blasts, and also track our sales activity with the sales team.

Pros

  • Easy Marketing Drip Automation.
  • Helps us move prospects through the sales funnel 50 percent faster.
  • Support staff helped us reduce bounce rate of our emails by 10 percent.

Cons

  • Individual click tracking on their drip emails would be helpful for success evaluation.
  • 50 percent quicker movement of sales prospects through the funnel.
  • 10 percent reduction in bounce rate for emails.
  • 90 percent new Business Development sales growth in less than 6 months.
Much more cost-effective than the other solutions on this list. HubSpot's A/B testing and email marketing library is much better, but not needed when you compare costs.
As someone who has used HubSpot, Marketo, Act-On and more...LeadSquared has all of the necessary functionality at a fraction of the cost. If you are looking at a cost-effective marketing automation tool, I highly recommend it!
