Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

We use LeanData to route our Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities across the GTM team. The great thing about LeanData that it is an all in one platform with round robin and deduplication capabilities. The round robin can respect users' work schedules in different time zones and vacation time off.

Very easy to implement, I have been using this tool for years! Once you set up one object, all the other objects mirror the same set up format. It's great that they have a training / university portal for admins to learn about all the features that LeanData has to offer

LeanData is great for routing objects to larger GTM teams where routing conditions may be more complex than 1 record per 1 GTM representative. Users have the ability to weight assignments whereas a senior rep should be assigned 3 records, whereas junior reps may be assigned 1 record. LeanData will keep tabs on this for you and auto assign vs. needing to do this manually. LeanData is not suitable for small teams where it is 1 to 1 assignment of records.
