Cons

  • More innovation in roadmap or at least more proactive transparency on when things like intelligent routing are launching
  • Clean up graphs with one click
  • Ability to autoretry when something fails
  • Great ROI for lead routing but hard to justify investment to license non-ADRs and use if across more of revenue cycle without SalesOps adoption
As graphs get complex a bit intimating for new users to get up to speed on
Lane Four is no longer in business (I think LeanData acquired) but Leandata is more flexible and reliable than it. Also more so than the custom code we used prior.

Routing in Leandata is a no brainer. It just works and gives us as ops the autonomy we were missing to make the changes in minutes not months.
