Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

Currently, we are using LeanData for all of our lead and contact routing. It's helped us move from the excel documents and automated the assignment processes.

Pros

  • Lead Conversion and Routing
  • Weighted Distribution
  • Automated contact assignment to Salesloft Cadences

Cons

  • Not much I would say needs to be improved, if I were honest with you.
  • All positive...our sales users are getting to leads quicker. If they are not on top of it, we can simply reroute the lead with LeanData and notify them that the lead is being reassigned. Help with accountability.
After getting certified and actually getting into the platform, I've found it to be very user friendly.

I appreciate the simple things, like honoring PTO and Vacation when routing using the round robins. That's so helpful and keeps us from the manual processes of doing this.
