Overall Satisfaction with LeanData
We use LeanData to implement complex routing rules to assign leads from various campaigns to the appropriate sales reps across segments, automate Outreach sequences for low touch contacts, and send various alerts to the appropriate channels based on contact activity via Slack or email.
Pros
- Automated lead routing
- Account/contact/opportunity matching
- Make it easy to communicate standardized routing rules and expectations to stakeholders
Cons
- I think implementing data tables is by far a superior way to achieve complex routing scenarios, but the feature could be more at the forefront (I was previously building very complex webs to achieve similar results before I was aware of how to use them)
- I wish there were a way to have multiple entry nodes of the same type (ie New/Updated Campaign Member) with different filters for better router organization. I realize this could be implemented by adding additional filters to the existing node, but for viewing cleanliness as opposed to functionality itself, I wish this could change.
- Routing is automated and easy to audit. Without it, individual flows and systems have to be built on a campaign by campaign basis, which is extremely cumbersome and a waste of the team's capacity.
