Lifesize Video Conferencing is being used across the organization. It is being used for conduction conference meetings of various departments pertaining to various units of the organization located across the country. We use the platform to share and discuss various business, execution related issues, review meetings etc. We also share the documents relevant to the meeting/discussion using the platform to facilitate our discussions. The amazing audio and video quality of the platform has been a facilitator for smooth and steady conductance of all our meetings. The platform has been a great enabler for business specifically in the time of the ongoing pandemic.

The audio and video qualities on offer are also comparable and sometimes superior w. r. t. other players in market. There are no issues in hardware/software availability. The platform can be accessed both through downloaded app or directly through browser and also provides option of accessing through Third Party Rooms. There is compatibility with all kinds of platforms like Android, windows, mac etc. The app is small in size/consumes less disk space and is easy to install , understand and operate.

Overall experience with Lifesize Video Conferencing has been great. While it serves it's basic purpose of allowing smooth video/audio meetings of people located at different places with option of screen sharing/chatting/ recording, what add to it's pros are it's accessibility from various platforms, flexibility to switch to a listen only mode in case of network issues and ease of operation.

I have not faced any major issues in conducting or attending meetings through Lifesize Video Conferencing. While there could be some abrupt disconnections sometimes, we can join back within no time. All the features are easy to understand and use and the user-friendly interface is a delight to operate. Ever since the need for conducting meetings through online mode has increased, Lifesize Video Conferencing has been a great enabler.

Best suited for discussions for people located at different locations with great audio/visual clarity. In case document sharing is needed, there might be some issues but still the service is satisfactory. All the standard features of Video conferencing like call recording, chat, screen sharing are available that too at a reasonable pricing.
