Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Our sales team uses LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a tool to tag leads, and track their activity on LinkedIn. Understanding what is important to our prospects, and clients is ultimately what is most important to me as well so that I can help them with their goals. Additionally, it gives me insight beyond their day to day roles with their interests.
Pros
- Excellent for tracking activity of people I have tagged.
- Detailed information about companies you are pursuing, and gives you suggestions for other people to go after.
- Easy to navigate, and learn more about people that do not have public profiles.
Cons
- It is sometimes difficult to navigate between regular LinkedIn and Navigator - meaning you have to maintain two separate inboxes, and they do not sync (nor give notification when something is new).
- Shortens the time of relationship building.
- Allows us to do more with less people.
