Use Cases and Deployment Scope

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is used to build pipeline and build relationships first and foremost within our organization. We are constantly searching for more contacts to reach out to for email campaigns, and more strategically, we are searching for the decision makers who can help influence deals we currently have in play.

Contact information. If LI Sales Navigator had contact info, I would rarely use any other database.

Alternatives Considered

My biggest issue with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is that there is no contact information. I tend to go to other databases first because they have the contact info there for me instead of finding the name and then having to go find the contact information. If LI had contact info, I would rarely use other databases.

The perfect scenario for LinkedIn Sales Navigator is trying to find the right contacts to reach out to. You can look up specific titles and read through their profile so you can personalize the email. Being able to get alerts when companies make changes or are involved in world news, helps with personalized emails as well.
