Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Our sales team uses Sales Navigator extensively in their prospecting activities. Sales Navigator has become an essential tool for our sales reps. Our sales reps use Sales Navigator to identify leads, build lead lists, and to directly contact leads using InMail. As an administrator, I am also able to run reports to gauge sales activity and effective engagement.

  • Familiar and easy to use interface.
  • Integration with Salesforce to log activity and push data back and forth.
  • More extensive analytics for managers and administrators.
  • More detailed data on company information such as revenue and tech stack.
  • More detailed information on company industries.
  • Facilitate sales prospecting and lead identification.
  • Provide additional methods to reach out to leads.
  • Generated pipeline growth.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator proved far more useful than Data.com but on the uniqueness of it's platform and relevance of contact information. We found the information on Data.com to often times be out of date or incorrect. Since most people are active on LinkedIn, the data from Sales Navigator is more current and reliable.
Despite some shortcomings, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an essential tool utilized by our sales team. The fact that most everyone we interact with is a LinkedIn user makes the tool even more useful. The interface is familiar to everyone and the features are fairly intuitive to use and ramp up time is not an issue.
