- It has great support! They provide hands-on training sessions for our company, do quarterly business reviews, etc.
- Lots of good functionality but not always clear for new users how to get the most out of these features.

We've compared the quality of data using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to other (very) expensive providers of company databases. We found that LinkedIn profiles were often more accurate than these databases - since the people update these once they move to another company. These company databases do offer you contact information (e.g. business email address & telephone numbers.) which LinkedIn doesn't, but this doesn't justify the price these other data providers charge.
