Mixed Experience. On my way out

It's nice to talk with a person. However, the tone has often been less than helpful. Things like adding a private IP address were a major hassle. Sometimes support was responsive and helpful. Other times not so much.

Someone who knows what they are doing would benefit from using Linode. There isn't a lot of direct support and the tutorials are helpful but assume a degree of proficiency.
