Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

Litmos is the LMS for our org. We use it to deliver training and upskilling to our people. We have applied its use for Compliance training and New Hire Training primarily, but are attempting to expand its use for manager training and certifications for our vet techs. It has become very useful to us.

Pros

  • Ease of uploading and creating courses
  • Admin functions done well

Cons

  • Quicker integration with our HCM system
  • Better defined assigned courses
  • More automated legacy upload process
  • Increased training Compliance rates
  • Better employee engagement
  • Less admin time necessary
We have used Litmos-generated courses and have enjoyed them very much.

Appearance, Admin useability, course creation ease of use, support reps very helpful and understanding, cost for services provided.

Litmos was chosen as we viewed a number of very good LMS platforms, but we chose Litmos because of the reasons listed in the paragraph above. And yes, we would recommend Litmos and use Litmos again!
Integration seemed to take much longer than promised. I'm not sure if the fault was ours or Litmos's.
The appearance and integration of our branding is very good, and the Litmos tech was helpful in setting it up. Our support rep, Katie has also been very accessible to us, and helpful in uploading our new users every week. Alex, our sales rep, has also been helpful in addressing the needs of our org.
