Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Litmos to house all of our eLearning courses and track course completion/mastery.

Cons

Allow courses to be manually marked complete for multiple people at the same time.
Add completion dates to reports.
Add a field to mark courses as mandatory on reports.

Return on Investment

Improved training efficency as we are able to assign many people to eLearning courses where it would take a lot of time for a trainer to conduct individual training sessions.
Improved training consistency. By assigning learners to eLearning courses, we are able to ensure everyone is learning the same information.

Overall Litmos is a great LMS. It is user friendly and makes tracking/reporting easy.

Litmos is user friendly for content developers and learners. The dojo courses are extremely helpful to learn how to is it. We have linked to external courses as well as uploaded our own developed courses and Litmos works great for both types of courses.
