Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Currently only being used in my department. It addresses email QA prior to being sent to all customers.
- Platform rendering.
- Link checks.
- Easy to use platform.
- Easier access to customer service.
- Flags on quota capacity usage.
- Positive impact is shorter email review cycles and visibility into customer facing rendering.
I can't say because our ESP and Litmus are not integrated but I would see huge benefits of it being integrated in one platform. Sailthru is starting to pilot a similar service and once they have all capabilities we will likely cancel our Litmus license.
