Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to check and test our transactional and marketing email templates and preview them across different devices.
- Solves the problem of testing across different devices.
- Easy to implement.
- Recent additions and new features do not provide much value (to our business at least).
- Account management can improve.
- Relatively expensive.
- Improved our QA process in a fast and effective way.
We do not use 3rd-party marketing platforms but our own in-house developed one, part of our wider technology platform.
We have been using Litmus since 2015 and have not considered an alternative recently.
