Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We use Litmus to test our eBlast product. It is used by our ad ops team. We use this to test HTML on all email platforms before launching.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Nice UI
  • Lots of options/ways to help

Cons

  • Load time sometimes is excessive.
  • Pointing out HTML that is broken/wrong.
  • Suggesting subject Lines based on what they're seeing across the board.
  • Time saved not needing to manually test.
  • Shorter email review cycle.
  • Seeing if links are broken.
