Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We use Litmus on cross-device testing of emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This allows us to be able to create browser/device compatible emails without physically checking them on different browsers or mobile devices. The preview function allows us to quickly check how the emails look, and my team just loves the tool.

  • Scrollable thumbnails
  • Time saved not needing to manually test emails.
  • Email cycle shortened by simply showing to marketing the generated thumbnails.
Zero switching simply saves a lot of time, and with the generated preview, I can quickly check for preview on multiple devices by a quick glance.

When I need to build emails quickly, and I'm in need of a very good tool to test them, Litmus is certainly the right tool. The previews generated are very reliable, and I simply treat them as the source of truth. The tools work natively in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and I don't need to switch between different browsers to check my emails.
