Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use it to test the appearance of email sends for multiple platforms
- mimics the appearance of emails on multiple platforms
- previews are easy to navigate with the arrow keys
- many email clients are represented
- its been slow to load previews lately, i have to open then and then go do something else while it loads
- occasionally it will not display the preview, not often tho
- it reduces manual testing time dramatically while significantly broadening the scope of manual testing
I have not seen the need to test other products
