Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

I use Litmus to QA any of my messaging going out to my user segments. It is a great tool to get varying perspectives on what my campaigns look like in different browsers or even to those with color-blindness. The link preview tool is an easy way to make sure your content is sending to the right place; or if it lets you know a link is broken. Litmus makes it very simple to get one last check on any outgoing messaging I have.

In my opinion, Braze isn't the most user-friendly platform at times, especially if you have data being pulled from external servers. This affects my QA checks in terms of how I see the email. I think Litmus is a much easier platform to look at the good, bad, and ugly of my upcoming send.
My team uses Litmus proofs for the final approval on our emails. It allows teammates without CRM software access to see what our messaging looks like without having to have a full meeting for the sign off.

Litmus is perfect for any team that needs a second set of virtual eyes through Litmus's email QA features. It's what I use for my final check before a campaign is made live. It allows me to make sure no links are obviously broken, accessibility standards are met, Spam requirements are met and much more.
