Test email rendering against the different devices

Pros

  • preview of emails for different client devices

Cons

  • look at the tracking analytics section, some of the data do not populate or do not match with other details. the error/warning messages can be more detailed
  • positive: 1: able to test our email rendering against different client devices. 2: provides additional metrics on MPP clients negative: some of the analytics on the dashboard do not make sense or tied back.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud- ease of use
able to isolate which part of open rate is from MPP helped to get additional insight into our KPIs. getting percentage of people of dark mode etc assisted in email design decisions.
