Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We currently use Litmus tracking code for all our email sends to check on these property: 1) reliable open 2) digital device 3) platform 4) email layout across devices

  • Understanding the traffic and platform used to engaged with emails to optimize them accordingly based on audience
Yes, definitely based on the design and layout we've done A/B testing for all our emails and aligned on best practice that we follow enterprise wide.
Reliable open, understanding dark mode vs light mode along with desktop vs mobile. Now we know which audience segment uses what device and in which mode, this has helped us to define the layout of our email accordingly i.e. having CTA on first fold for mobile friendly vs a bit more content for desktop friendly audience.
