Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Litmus is our go to email rendering solution. The team not only relies on it to ensure emails render properly across platforms, but also utilize the Email Guardian application to test links real time and ongoing checks for emails that are continuous.
Pros
- Email rendering across platforms
- testing links in emails for errors
- customer service support
- the ease of scheduling trainings, refresher courses
Cons
- A better understanding of what enhancements are available with an increase in contract, etc. While the trainer might highlight these features, we need to know what contract level is needed for these enhancements, what you receive, etc.
- Time saved. Making the process not as manual and cumbersome as it could be.
- Viable solution for emailing testing and rendering.
- Speeds up email review.
Definitely makes it more seamless of a process. Doesn't make it seem like so much back and forth.
Really don't use Litmus for this. We have an in house tool that tracks performance.
We have not implemented any use cases to my knowledge.
