Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to help execute our marketing operations team's quality assurance process. We use it to preview all our email marketing messages before they are sent to our customers to ensure they look picture perfect.

- Email rendering testing
- AI generated subject lines
- Checklists for processes
Cons
- It's difficult to control your preview usage - you have to enable previews for all devices to ensure that new ones are automatically added to your account but this eats up a lot of previews
- It's very difficult for us to measure an ROI on this product but it ensures that our marketing messages are flawless before they reach the customer so that is priceless
We had utilized the SFMC integration in the past but decided to utilize the full version in the actual platform instead. It provides more comprehensive functionality.
As a luxury brand, Litmus fits into our marketing strategy perfectly, because it helps to ensure that our customer messaging meets our high brand standards.
We haven't been able to test Litmus personalize yet.
We've tried Email on Acid in the past and Litmus has a much more advanced offering. The user interface is superior and they are constantly innovating and rolling out new features.
