We use Litmus to check the status of our emails, to have up-to-date information about where we're being read from (mobile or desktop), and to add personalization to our emails. It provides up-to-date information about our users' behavior, including openings, clicks, and the time they spend reading our emails. Litmus it’s a great tool to use in CRM

I only use some products, Because it complements the tool with Litmus, I can't use one or the other, it's always both at the same time and I'm happy with that.
It depends on the email's use. It helps us create new campaigns and try to personalize our content more. We must carefully analyze what can help us with personalizing emails, because it doesn't always appeal to all users.
We use the countdown a lot, since we use F1 events a lot, so we have this countdown to let the user know that the Grand Prix they want to see is coming.
