Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central by GoTo

We use LogMeIn Central to provide our clients with managed remote access services to their devices. We also use the ad hoc feature as a backup remote management tool.

It is a very polished product with room for improvement for active MSP-style management of client devices.
Never experienced an outage.
TeamVewer. SolarWinds Take Control. LogMeIn is better than SolarWinds Take Control, but less polished than TeamViewer.
  • Well suited for resale and ad hoc support.
  • Less well suited for a primary remote management tool.
