Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Pro by GoTo

We use LogMeIn Pro by GoTo to remotely access end users' desktop and laptop computers to assist with troubleshooting problems and updating patches and updates as well as deploying new software.

LogMeIn Pro by GoTo also helps us work one one-on-one with users when they have issues that require us to see and share screens as well as enter in passwords remotely that can not be shared.

  • It can be slow at times
  • Interface is not as clean or user friendly as I would like.

The user interface is good but could use some improvement to make it easier to use.

SOme menus are not clear or easy to understand and access.

Speed is also somewhat slow.
I think TeamViewer is a better product overall. It has a cleaner user interface. it allows you to use multiple machines much more easily. It is also faster to use and faster to log in and out of.

LogMeIn Pro by GoTo is great for remotely accessing end users' computers.

I feel the user interface could use some improvement.

The speed is also not as good as I would ideally like it to be.
