Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Pro by GoTo

LogMeIn Pro by GoTo is used in our organization to let employees remotely connect to Virtual and Physical machines. Our team consists of developers and technical support, both groups of employees are located at different locations and need to connect to company servers and machines remotely. LogMeIn Pro by GoTo helps us to address this problem of remote connectivity.

Pros

  • Remote Connectivity to Both Development and Support Teams
  • Centralized Dashboard and Easy to Use User Interface
  • Security Features such as 2FA
  • Good connectivity to Remote Machines

Cons

  • LogMeIn Pro by GoTo Has Occasional Downtime
  • File Management Capabilities are Limited
  • Password Management and Peridoical Password Reset
  • Faster On-boarding of New Employees for Remote Connectivity
  • Minimal Administration Overhead
  • Cost Savings
I will give a Rating of 10 for LogMeIn Pro by GoTo's overall usability because it has a centralized Dashboard to access all machines and servers and a very user-friendly User Interface. Also, the remote connectivity is very smooth and reliable as if you are working on your local desktop or laptop.

It provides seamless connectivity to remote company machines and servers with ease. It may be less appropriate for organizations that have big teams as server management by Administrators might be difficult.
