Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
We currently use LogMeIn Rescue to get remote [access] into customer machines to provide support and complete installs for our applications. It helps us quickly assist customers and look at their machines without the back and forth of emails. There are also APIs available to make workflow easier and connect our internal systems/processes together.

- Easy setup and access to user machines
- There are timeout limits which slows down the process
- Adding more techs to the session is not intuitive
- The UI can be improved
- Could provide more tech support reporting and features
- Quickly able to assist customers to reduce support time
- Templated chat responses are done well and save time
- Security is great to make sure there are no gaps for intrusion
All of them provide the same sort of solutions. However, their customer service and the complexity of the features vary, and it was down to which one we found to be the easiest to set up and for our users to use without much support during the trial period. The price was also a factor, and our use size was also a factor, and LogMeIn Rescue seemed to fit our parameters.
