Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo
Users often need assistance in resolving software issues with their computers and usually cannot easily follow directions given over the phone. Therefore, we need access to their machines to provide remote support. LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo was the tool our IT support staff used to access users' computers and resolve their issues remotely.
Pros
- Remote support.
- Relatively minimal memory impact.
- Ability to use even over slow/unreliable internet connection.
Cons
- Agent would often fail resulting in the need to reboot machines.
- User support is not very helpful.
- It has negatively impacted our business since server agent failures necessitate rebooting the server.
Not applicable. We only use LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo Resolve to provide remote access for end-user support. We do not use any of its other functionality.

ScreenConnect is a superior product, and we ended up choosing it over LogMeIn Rescue by Goto.
