Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Looker allows our support, marketing, data, engineering, and originations teams track user and investment data for various purposes. For me, I look to see where and when users signed up, how many bank accounts they've linked, where distributions are going, any pending investments, and how much room we have left in a particular investment offering. The use cases for our type of company is endless.

I have not used any other products like Looker before and the company has been using Looker since I've joined. We've talked about replacing other software vendors in the past but never discussed replacing Looker because of how vital it is to our organization.

Looker is particularly useful for our marketing and promotions team to track UTM sources and referral sign-ups. We would not have any other way for us to track this data in a clean, easy-to-read manner by anyone in our organization. This then allows us to verify with the user that they indeed do or do not qualify for an incentive payment
