Pros

I love that we can display all kinds of data in multiple ways.
It connects with a big number of platforms.
Looker is hyper personalizable.

Cons

It is not very easy to use at the beginning.
The UX is dry and not spreading excitement.

Increased team collaboration between different departments.
Better visibility on KPIs and testing results.

I don't remember much about Tableau, but it was chaotic and poorly set up for our company.

Looker is appropriate and an excellent tool for many companies of different sizes. My minor point is about usability and design here. To excite people about data, it would be great to create downloadable or shareable reports that are correct, visually exciting, and cool. This way, we can better communicate and sell the specific issue/idea/analysis.
