Overall Satisfaction with MailChimp

We use MailChimp to send out marketing/sales emails to our customers and subscribers. We have several segmented lists on MailChimp. Once in a while we use the sign up form to collect basic information from the subscribers at some events.

Pros

  • Simple UI to navigate. very clean design.
  • Integration with commonly used marketing and eCommerce platforms. Integrated with HubSpot, Salesforce, BigCommerce...
  • Easy to manage lists.

Cons

  • Can't send out one email to multiple lists. Have to choose one at a time.
  • Can't remove a block in the template once the template is selected for the campaign.
  • When it comes to emails on mobile screen, it's a bit harder to adjust the design elements than the desktop version.
  • Email campaign helps generate sales and revenue.
MailChimp is nice and simple to use for email marketing campaigns and comes at a reasonable cost.
