Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
I use Mailchimp for any kind of company communications, our monthly newsletter etc. We are a smaller company so our "subscribers" or employees only amount to 40, so the service is free. It's great for what we use it for. I am able to create great infographics to send to our employees. I love that I can also track who has opened the email or not.
- Templates that are offered for the free service are more than what you need.
- If you have only a few subscribers Mailchimp is awesome!!

- While it does seem like they are making some upgrades, the free service is very elementary, and doesn't give a lot of options.
- The editing of pictures function isn't super user-friendly. It takes some user error.
- Wish my company would pay for the service!
- I feel it has boosted morale in the company by keeping them more informed of things happening within the company.
- ROI, we haven't had any investment so any positive impact that we have using this is a huge plus.
- Quick email blasts to employees are easy to compile and do not take a long time.
I haven't used any other program like mailchimp.
