We usually use this tool in the customer service department and sales, to communicate news of all kinds: from commercial issues to improvements in the product that we sell. It is really easy to manage email lists for our clients with this tool, and the results since its implementation have pleasantly surprised us. It has allowed us to relate much better with our customers and stay closer than we had been.

- It has all the functionalities required for the management of email campaigns. Even in the lowest plans, the application has many features.
- It has an excellent guide to help and support the user, because although the interface and usability in general are positive, it has a large number of functionalities, which means it requires a certain degree of training for some aspects and tasks to be performed.
- Often aesthetic questions have been changed, which means that, to a very small extent, attention must be paid in order to be able to use functions that we previously knew.
- Positive: makes the task of communication with customers easy. In our company, we have not made a strict analysis of the ROI, but without a doubt, it has positioned us in another way in how we communicate with our customers.
Sincerely, we have not used a tool similar to this one and we began to work directly with it with a high degree of satisfaction. For this reason, I have not been able to compare it with similar products.
