Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to send email blasts to our current customers about new features being launched on our platform. We also send monthly updates to our customers. We have a separate list of emails we’ve collected through various channels that we’ll use to send out blast cold emails about our platform to potential customers. We then track the open rate to see who is opening the email.
- You can email a lot of people at once.
- You can have different lists for different purposes.
- You can track the click/open rate.
- Sometimes it can be a bit clunky.
- The design aspect feels limited at times.
- We’re able to see who’s opens the email and follow up.
- Increased the number of appointments we’ve been able to set.
