Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is used to send out weekly updates on theatre events, new releases, and offers. Our main list is consumers that have visited the theatre and signed up to receive these updates. This complements other online and offline promotional activities and the listings links straight to event booking pages.

Mailchimp has very easily been integrated with our ticket sales platform. It also dovetails well with our social media activity so we always use social cards with campaigns. We’re a small organization and know that Mailchimp can accommodate our ‘next steps’ marketing plans.
Our Mailchimp subscribers list has more than doubled in 18 months and I believe that is down to careful planning, integration with other online, and offline activities and not bombarding customers with too many emails.
