Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We've used Mailchimp to send out mass email communications. This allows us to communicate efficiently with the masses and send out custom emails to select audiences.
Pros
- Allows for custom mass emails
- Has better rate of reaching inboxes and not getting flagged as spam
- Allows for beautiful, custom images and a clean delivery

- Keep improving rate of making it to people's inboxes rather than getting flagged

We've benefited significantly from being able to integrate Mailchimp, specifically with Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook. It's been easy to use and effective.
