Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite
I have been using MailerLite for a few years now, the support I have received from their team when running into problems has been impressive. Occasionally there are some glitches - I use automation and rules quite a lot sending out a variety of emails depending on the client selections upon subscription - there have been instances where the incorrect email has been sent, but somehow it always seems to correct itself... I can only assume that there have been changes in the background and bugs have cropped up... but they always get fixed without me having to do anything about it. Whenever someone needs a mailing system this is the one I recommend.
- Keeps the history in perpetuity.
- Easy to unsubscribe.
- User friendly.
- I'd like the ability to edit the email address.
- As I have not had the need to upgrade, it's free.
I much prefer MailerLite, it's more user friendly and generally makes my life easier.
