I use MailerLite to address 90% of my email marketing needs for my business including:

- Offers a user-friendly interface, making it simple to create beautiful forms, group subscribers, and automate emails.
- Includes email automation workflows in their free plan - the only provider I know of that doesn't charge you after one month or hit you with "transaction fees".
- Excellent video tutorial library so you can learn email marketing as a beginner without feeling overwhelmed.
- Integration with the WPForms plugin is missing, forcing me to use a second email provider.
- After switching to MailerLite a few years ago, I have had open rates as high as 42%.
I've researched over a dozen and used a few different email marketing services (I have several websites using email marketing) and have yet to find an email marketing tool offering automation workflows in the free version of the product. Others almost force you to purchase a paid plan before you even have your first subscriber or have had a chance to build your list. I love that MailerLite offers so many premium features to everyone, and then blows them away with such a user-friendly experience that there's never a reason to switch to another provider. Kudos to MailerLite!!
