Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Desktop Central
Currently we are using ManageEngine Desktop Central in North America. We use Desktop Central for inventory, software and hardware reporting, remote connecting for end user assistance, and software deployments. We are in the process of deploying an MSP version of Desktop Central that will be used globally in Latin America and Europe as well as North America.
- The reporting tools work very well and can be customized.
- Desktop Central works very well with deploying software and the packages can be customized,
- The remote connection tool requires very little interaction from the end user to establish a connection.
- To integrate with more manufacturers of PC's in order to pull warranty expiry dates.
- Desktop Central has been the perfect tool for deploying software remotely to all of our locations in North America.
- The hardware and software reports we have provided upper management have provided all the information that was required.
- The remote desktop connection tool is our preferred method to providing remote assistance.
