ManageEngine Desktop Central helps us to manage our servers, laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and other devices from a centralized location. It helps us to automate some of our processes, like patch installations or specific application distribution, service packs or configurations, and customization. We use it on iOS, Android, and Windows devices. Also, we use it to secure and audit our Windows network.
Pros
- Secure network.
- Remotely manages devices: servers, laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and other devices.
- It runs excellently on iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Has great automation of patch installations, software distribution, configuration, and customization.
Cons
- The filters could be improved.
- Configurations for the registry are a bit difficult.
- No other improvements that I can think of.
- It's improved security and management of risks.
- It's easy to administrate and maintain devices.
- It's improved our operational processes.
- Has helped in compliance with international standards.
We selected ManageEngine Desktop Central because it is easy to implement, and their support is very good. It has very good functionality, rolled into one, in how well it handles these features. Also, there is nothing that compares to the cost-effective nature of this product. We recommend ManageEngine Desktop Central. It's one of the best solution from the market.
