Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to manage our companies PC's and devices and Give remote support, Also to manage USB policies and block certain devices. Further more we also use it to Push things to a SSP in which users can download things without needing admin rights which is helpfull and easier at times.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Giving info about devices
Being able to block usb ports
When the remote controll works it works nicely

Cons

Making the Patch deployment feature easier to use and work more often
Sometimes the blocking of devices dont go all to well, Or it doesnt recognize it

It cost us more time to setup sometimes then it saved us, But with time you win it back

Usability

It has a lot of uses but its sometimes hard to setup and takes a good amount of time to get working at times, Yes there are a lot of features but to be able to use them all you need to have quite a good amount of knowledge about this software

Likelihood to Recommend

If you have a local / hybrid network with windows / mac / linux devices this will be a nice tool to use to manage your hardware and software, But its not easy to setup and does require the user to have the needed knowledge to be able to set it up correctly
