Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
With a limited number of Technicians and having offices in multiple locations Endpoint Central has made it so we are able to service all of the locations. Through the utilization of the patching and software deployment we are also able to ensure systems are secure and maintained while people might not be seen in the office for months.

- Increase the number of remote tools to address support needs
- Incorporate tools to assist remote offices with out a direct network connection.
- Remote support on cellphones
- It allowed for systems to be maintained when short of staff
- Was able to set group policies that went to all locations, which could not do prior.
- Unable to prevent the system scanning all OUs when only need a specific OU maintained.
Having the two integrate together as you can have a history of each piece of equipment is wonderful. You can easily see what has been done or if it is a reoccurring issue that might be the symptoms of a bigger issue.
