Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the key tool our business uses to prepare devices, manage software installations, as well as support our remote users who aren't always able to come into the office to get the support they need. We can reimage machines in under 15 minutes when there are OS crashes, and upgrading to Win11 is silent and worth the look at. Without Endpoint Central, the support desk here would not be as effective.

Pros

  • Software Deployment
  • OS Imaging
  • Remote Management of Devices
  • Policy Enforcement (disable USB disk drives, bitlocker, etc)

Cons

  • Patching setup can be initially confusing
  • Instantly deployed new Wifi credentials to all company systems
  • 20 minutes Win11 upgrades
Everything is well organized, well documented, and has a simple logic attached. There is nothing you cannot find if you look for it

Endpoint Central is great for remote users, environments where imaging on demand is required, as well as to enforce policies that GPOs would be difficult to deploy due to lack of regular connection to a domain environment (remote work)
