Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo to hold our leads, send emails, create landing pages, campaigns, etc. It is managed by marketing; requests come in from all departments to send items out or create new pages.
  • Ease of Use.
  • Great Reporting.
  • Local user groups.
  • Doesn't offer social competitive insights like Act-On did.
  • Product Launches
  • Upsell
  • Cross-Sell
  • Customer Service
  • Lead Management
  • Prospecting / New Business
We selected Marketo because it has more capabilities for HubSpot.
Marketo is best suited for mid-size to large organizations. It enables us to create custom nurture tracks, integrates with our ad platforms, manages our forms accross all of our websites (international), etc. I'd say it's less for appropriate for small businesses.
