Maze is Amazing. But there are few hiccups
Overall Satisfaction with Maze
We use Maze for testing prototypes for SaaS products that we build. We build hiring automation platform where we have workflow builder an end-end hiring automation builder.
We use Maze to test several interactions like user onboarding, Chameleon flows that we integrate with product.
We use Maze for testing few ambiguous flows where user has to identify specific Call to actions to achieve goal.

Pros
- Getting right audience for testing
- A/B Testing to identify right flows
- Figma prodtotype linking is very useful
Cons
- Sometimes Maze breaks the responsiveness of our product
- Also the analytics is not very useful for us. We do manual walkthrough of products
- Few testers that we hire does not read the instructions very well and will abandon the flow
- Churn rate decreased by 15%
- New clients - 12
- New users - 2.2k
1. Ease of use - Maze's user experience is very much better than user testing.com
2. Testing Panel - Although Maze's testing panel is not as much quantity as User testing, QUality is quite good for the testers you hire
3. Analytics after testing - Maze gives detailed analytics once the testing is completed
4. AI integration - Maze helps in auto writing questions using AI
