Overall Satisfaction with Meta Business Manager

We manage multiple business profiles whether its Product Pages in Facebook or Instagram or the Ad accounts associated with them for running various campaigns. Through Meta Business Manager its easy to manage employees and agencies taking care of the Accounts with varied role. Features such as Ads Reporting, Event Manager and Audience management helps us to understand the market and do proper targeting thereby creating multiple cohorts and optimising our spends across multiple user profiles.

  • Was able to get 200 good Sales Qualified Leads for a Dog Training Program generating revenue potential of around 5 lakhs when I was working with an agency
  • Was able to create proper branding around my previous organisation odishacareer.com, currently its getting around 15,000 visitors per month organically
  • Was able to recruit agents for a program we are running in my current company and also get relevant registrations for events we conduct periodically
I am giving 9 rating to Meta Business Manager's overall usability because over the period of last 7 years of my usage, the platform had improved significantly. The targeting and the quality of leads had improved astronomically, earlier we used to get a lot of junk leads but now every lead we get have some relevance, seems the targetting had gone much much better, especially the automatic placements they do have created an impact.
When it comes to B2C marketing, we don't see any alternative as present in India to Meta Business Manager. However, we use youtube Ads to an extent yet we will stack Meta Business Manager higher. When it comes to B2B marketing, we feel Meta Business Manager lacks a bit and we go for more specific targetting via LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Also, for inbound lead generation we use Google Search Ads.

Meta Business Manger is well suited for large/medium and small organisations with single or multiple stake holders and products. It works very efficiently. Cases where app events are defined for android and iOS, it work wonders for campaign measurement and campaign level targeting. Meta Business Manager is very appropriate for running financial, educational, real estate, e-commerce related ads. Meta Business Manager is not appropriate if you have are into enterprise sales.
