Overall Satisfaction with Meta Business Manager

We have used Meta Business Manager to run our residential customers' advertising campaigns. We have found it to be highly effective for targeting niche clientele and geo-targeting effectively. We also love the A/B testing features as they have provided our company with many insights into what ads work and what do not. It is a highly effective tool for marketing and posting.

Meta Business Manager for business is super easy to figure out and use. Anyone can pick it up and post on their Facebook or Instagram quickly. It's super intuitive and easy to use. I did not give it a 10 because they ban people quickly and don't make it easy to get unbanned once you are for advertising.
Meta Business Manager is free, and I've heard you get more accurate / better results from Meta Business Manager because it is native to the platforms it services. However, it does not offer platforms outside of Facebook, which is a major downside compared to Hootsuite overall. If they included more platforms, that would be amazing.

Meta Business Manager is highly effective for posting or scheduling posts. We use this product weekly to make posts on Facebook and Instagram. We have also used this to run ad campaigns. But now, we mainly use it to post organic content on our pages instead of Hootsuite because it's free.
