Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

It includes everything we need for effctive communication and collaboration among team members. The intergrated communication features are great for easily refrencing subject matter across different communication features. Outlook has always been the gold standard for email and the additional features lends itself to easily tracking subject matter email threads. It is a one-stop platform that is very user friendly!

Pros

  • Teams Meetings are easy to set-up
  • Outlook provides everything you need to organize emails, tasks, calendars, etc.
  • It is a very user-friendly platform
  • Easy to learn and use different features and apps

Cons

  • There is nothing I can add as an improvement!
  • It is much more cost effective than similar platforms on the market.
This gets high points because it is a very user friendly platform.

Microsoft 365 supports the needs or our company, is easy to learn and use as well. The collboration tools work well specifically chat, Teams meetings and for webiner hosting. It provides a smaller company with all of the tools to effectively communicate and collaborate without overwhelming the users in our company.
