Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business

Microsoft 365 is the software chosen by our business because of ease of use and the ability to share files and folders with each other and with clients. We are a small business with staff and clients located across the country. Microsoft 365 allows for us to be able to communicate with ease, share presentations, better consultations with clients, and edit documents.
  • Ease of sharing files so that editing is a joint process that can occur in various locations and times.
  • The ability to create visually pleasing documents that we can share with each other and with clients.
  • Collecting data for our clients who are not ready for a full force database system.
  • I would like to see additional fonts that are already installed.
  • Better visualization of Excel data.
  • A better interface between newer and older versions of PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work with partners that are not local is worth the price.
  • It is not too cost prohibitive for smaller organizations.
  • Customer service and tech support have been great.
We felt that Microsoft 365 would better suit working with each other and with our clients. Even when looking at a mobile application, Microsoft was the better solution for us. Microsoft offered wider options for document delivery as well as presentation. It also offered a better way for our clients to edit and communicate their needs to us on the actual documents themselves.
We have used Microsoft Live Office with our database to create reports that are very custom. There are times when live Office will time out because of the amount of data that is being extracted. That being said, we are very pleased with how Microsoft 365 works in loading pages and sharing them with our clients.
We have been very pleased with Microsoft 365 Business. It is user-friendly and is intuitive in learning new areas of functionality. Our partners and clients like it because it blends in well with their other Microsoft programs in use. The connectivity and ease of use made our choice.
It is perfect for small businesses with partners and clients that are not located in the same area. The ease of having files that can be shared enriches the communication between all parties and allows our clients to always feel like they are a part of the creative process. With our partners and clients scattered all over the globe, Microsoft 365 Business makes talking with each other—no matter the time—easy.
